temporary payloadish server - thanks canadasux!

Join up if you like, we have ~14 people online right now, and feel free to spread the word. This is not an attempt to have a permanent server or anything, and it isn't perfect (CanadaSux is asking for help if anyone knows stuff, I think) but it is a fun place to play some payload maps for now if you like. I'm going to shut down the server today as we're going to use the Firms new server at: 75.102.38.131:27016
There were a bunch of us starting servers and it makes sense to just start up one or two so as not to fragment the community even more.
